Pamperedlocs.com Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At PamperedLocs (Natural Transitions Inc), we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping on all orders. All packages are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ensure timely delivery and tracking for your convenience.


Shipping Methods

We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes for all domestic shipments.

Priority Mail Features:

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (USPS estimated delivery time; not guaranteed)

  • Includes tracking for all orders

  • Flat-rate pricing regardless of destination within the United States

  • Includes up to $100 of USPS insurance


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on USPS Priority Mail Rate pricing and will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses (delivery times may vary)

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Issues & Delays

While USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within the estimated 1–3 business days, delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS.

Pamperedlocs (Natural Transitions) is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after USPS has marked them as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or investigation.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Pampered Locks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Order Tracking

You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through the USPS Tracking website.


Shipping Insurance

USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance coverage.
If your item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact USPS to initiate a claim.
